• All clients are presented with a straight-forward work agreement that spells out the nature, quality, and duration of the work required.  This contract prevents confusion and miscommunication for, and protects the interests of, both parties.  This work agreement is custom-tailored to each client.
   
• Large projects and projects with confidentiality requirements must be initiated by a letter-of-intent from the client before a contract is drafted.  This can be a simple letter from the client, dated and signed with a customary signature, indicating that my services are required for the production of a [specified] project.
   
• Every new project receives up to 45 minutes of initial consultation at no charge.
   
• I require a deposit of 25% to 50% from all new clients, depending upon the size of the project.  No exceptions.
   
• My standard rate is $90 per hour, and $35 per hour for travel.  Special classes of projects and clients may be served at a discounted rate.
